He completed his musical studies first at the Music School of Santhià, later at the “Cantelli” Conservatory of Novara where he graduated brilliantly in 2001 in singing under the guidance of tenor Vittorio Terranova.   He subsequently perfected at the “G. Verdi” Conservatory in Milan, at the “Belcanto Akademie” in Deustchlandberg (Austria) and at the Katia Ricciarelli Academy in Parma.   He was winner of the first prize in the “Rome Festival” competition and the “Primo Palcoscenico” competition in Cesena under the direction of Mrs. Cristina Muti Mazzavillani.   He is currently on permanent staff at the Teatro Regio Torino and has a continuous and intense concert and opera activity.  Alongside the same Teatro Regio, he  performed in Rossini’s Il barbiere di Siviglia, Puccini’s Madame Butterfly, Saint-Saens’s Samson et Dalila and Verdi’s Macbeth.   He performed also Lord Enrico in Lucia di Lammermoor (Donizetti), Don Giovanni and Leporello in Don Giovanni (Mozart), il Conte in Le nozze di Figaro (Mozart),  Rigoletto (Verdi) , Giorgio Germont in La traviata (Verdi), il Conte di Luna in Il trovatore (Verdi), Ford in Falstaff (Verdi), Nabucco (Verdi), Sharpless in Madame Butterfly (Puccini), Scarpia  in Tosca (Puccini), Gianni Schicchi (Puccini), Michele in Il tabarro (Puccini), Ping in Turandot (Puccini).
